What bag sizes do you accept?

To keep things simple, we categorize luggage into two sizes:

  • Small Bag: Roughly the size of standard airline hand luggage or a daily rucksack
    (55cm x 40cm x 20cm).
  • Large Bag: Roughly the size of a large check-in suitcase or a large hiking backpack
    (75cm x 50cm x 30cm).
How long can I store my bags for?

We specialize in short-term storage. You can store your items with us for as little as a few
hours up to a maximum of 1 days. This service is perfect for tourists, shoppers, or visitors
to the American Embassy.

Why should I store my bag if I am visiting the American Embassy?
The American Embassy has very strict security protocols and does not allow large bags,
laptops, or certain electronic items inside. Since there are no storage facilities within the
Embassy itself, A2Z Bag Storage provides a secure, nearby location to drop off your

While we do accept walk-ins depending on availability, we highly recommend booking via

arrival, and only authorized staff have access to the storage zone.
What are your opening hours?
